Solar Lighting Design commercial grade solar billboard and sign lights are a simple and efficient method of illuminating billboards, entry statements, advertising and building entry signage without connection to mains power. We offer several lighting solutions that will illuminate billboards of most sizes and designs. The lights automatically illuminate at dusk to follow intelligent programmed mode of operation ensuring the message is visible from dusk to dawn. The product is supplied with all necessary equipment for most installations including solar panel, high quality LiFeP04 batteries, battery enclosure, charge controller, mounting brackets and highly efficient, pivoting LED fixtures that allow for lighting from above or below.

WHAT IS A LUMEN?In simple terms, Lumens are a measure of the total amount of visible light from a lamp or light source. The higher the lumen rating, the “brighter” the lamp will work.
FAMILIAR EXAMPLES- A typical 4 x D cell battery maglite will emit approx. 70 lumens
- The average path light using 2-3 LEDs emits 15-18 lumens
- A 25W incandescent globe emits approximately 160 lumens
